Join Bellingham artist Ayla Mullen to expand your glazing skills and learn advanced glaze decoration techniques.

This one day workshop is designed for makers who have taken a Beginning Ceramics class or have a comparable basic knowledge of the ceramic process, who want to build their knowledge of glazing techniques and discover new ways to create interesting surfaces and beautifully decorated pots using glaze. We will learn techniques including glaze trailing, glaze inlay on texture, using resist materials like tape and wax to create pattern and build glaze layers, and brushwork on glazed surfaces.
